FufuSlot Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide for Malaysia Members

• Registering on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person

FufuSlot reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a national ID, utility bill, or bank statement as proof of address. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account at FufuSlot. Holding multiple accounts — whether using the same or different information — is a serious violation that may result in the closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date
• Your account password is your personal responsibility — do not share it with anyone
• Notify FufuSlot immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for added security
• Strictly prohibited: registering using a VPN, proxy, or false identity

FufuSlot reserves the right to freeze or close any account where suspicious activity is detected, including but not limited to: fraudulent attempts, use of a VPN to conceal your actual location, or use of unauthorised payment methods.

All deposits at FufuSlot must be made using a valid payment method registered in the same member's name. We support all major Malaysian payment methods for our members' convenience:

• No processing fees on all deposits
• Deposit and withdrawal methods must be registered under the same name
• FufuSlot does not store your card or bank account details
• Prohibited: deposits made using third-party accounts or unauthorised sources

Withdrawal requests at FufuSlot processed promptly — averaging 5–15 minutes for local e-wallet methods, and up to 30 minutes for bank transfers. Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including public holidays.

• Minimum withdrawal limit: RM 50 per transaction

FufuSlot reserves the right to withhold withdrawals for security review purposes if any unusual or suspicious activity is detected on an account. In such cases, we will contact the member to complete the identity verification process.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member
• Standard rollover ranges from 1x to 3x depending on the bonus type

• Expired bonuses cannot be recovered or extended

FufuSlot strictly prohibits the use of arbitrage strategies or exploitation of loopholes in the bonus system. Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system will result in the cancellation of all related bonuses and further action taken against the accounts involved.

All games on the platform FufuSlot — including slots, Live Casino (baccarat, Blackjack, roulette, sic bo), Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, lottery, and Blackjack — are subject to the following rules:

• All games use RNG certified by accredited independent international bodies

• A monthly management fee of MYR 10 will be charged after 12 months of inactivity
• Fees are only charged if the account balance is sufficient — your balance will never be taken into the negative
• The account can be reactivated at any time by logging in and contacting support

• FufuSlot is not liable for any losses resulting from internet disruptions or issues with a member's device
• Technical disruptions not caused by FufuSlot's systems will not be compensated
• Playing is a personal choice — betting losses cannot be claimed back
